“Huge shout out to the Castle Hill team. Their customer service is top notch. Arrived early for a party, was shown by the manager to the party room to set up. Always kept us informed. Jacob introduced himself to us as our party host and got along so well with our party guests. He was very attentive and always made sure we were looked after. Thank you for making our party amazing! We would def come back again and love the revamp!”
