“We hosted a birthday party at Belconnen Bounce today and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a large group of very active boys, but the day went incredibly smoothly thanks to our host, Min. ​Min went above and beyond to keep the energy levels managed and the schedule on track. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, from the seamless food service to the cleanup afterward, which was a huge help for us. Even the photos taken by the staff were great and presented well. If you’re looking for a stress-free party venue that can handle high-energy kids with a smile, I can’t recommend them (and Min specifically) enough.”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of gluten free options and lactose free milk for a coffee available for purchase. Made our experience much more pleasurable as we find it hard to eat out due to allergies and intolerances. They had a seperate fryer for the chips too which made it even better. The cafe server was more than happy to help by double checking the ingredients so we didn’t get sick. Much appreciated! Kids had a great time.”

“All the crew did a great job. I was a bit stressed with the party decorations and organising everything, so I may have looked a little serious, but all the staff were very patient and supportive, especially the host and the team who helped me with the decorations. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.”
