“There are regular cinemas, VMax, Gold Class, and they just introduced ScreenX. Easy process to book online, and check-in from your phone, so no need to wait to collect tickets. The seats are comfortable, and the screens give a great quality picture. Some cinemas have recliner seats, which are clearly outlined when you book online. Great service in Gold Class when you order food to come in during the movie. The popcorn at the candy bar is expensive, but tastes great.”

“I’ve been to Event Cinemas Loganholme plenty of times, and it’s one of my go-to spots for a movie night in the southside. Located inside Hyperdome, parking is easy enough (tip: use the Leda Drive entrance for the closest access). The cinema itself is pretty big with a wide range of sessions and usually a good mix of blockbusters and family films. The V-Max screens are the highlight — the picture and sound really make a difference, especially for action movies. Gold Class is also worth trying if you want a treat, with comfy recliners, food service, and a more relaxed vibe. The candy bar has the usual popcorn and choc tops, but I’ve also noticed more variety lately, including better drink options. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s pretty standard for cinemas these days. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the place is usually clean, though there have been times when the popcorn was a bit stale or the bathrooms needed more attention. Overall, Event Cinemas Loganholme is reliable, convenient, and makes for an easy night out. If you’re in Logan or around Hyperdome, this is definitely one of the best spots to catch a movie.”
