“It was a great experience. This is located in Arndale. The seats were comfortable. The seats don’t recline although there is enough room to stretch your legs. The screen has good clarity and sound system was clear and loud. It was not jarring. The theatre didn’t have any odour. It Was clean, smelled fresh!”

“We went to Hoyts Arndale and really enjoyed it! It’s best to buy tickets online, especially if you’re arriving close to movie time — the counters can get busy and you might have to wait in a queue. The seats are comfortable, the screens are great, and the sound quality is excellent. If you have Hoyts Rewards points, you can even redeem them for free snacks, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable movie experienc”

“Really disappointed with customer service. When purchasing tickets, the girl who served us told us wrong info. Once we realised she made an error went back. Still questioning what we were telling her about single day beds, I asked to speak to manager who gave us tickets we wanted. For a matter of $7 I thought they could have upgraded, since they had made the initial error. The new cinema upgrades are amazing.”
