Best for little ones roughly 5 and under: a compact, spotless play centre where you can sip a coffee and keep an eye on your kid the whole time. Kind owners and surprisingly good Vietnamese food seal the deal.
We hosted my childβs birthday party at Kidz Playzone on a Saturday afternoon and had a really positive experience. It wasnβt too crowded, and the kids had a great time. The playground itself is not too spread out, which makes it much easier for parents to keep an eye on the kids while standing on the sidelines and enjoying a drink. I would say it is best suited for younger children, probably under the age of 5 or 6. The party room was nice and clean, and comfortably hosted our group of 8 kids plus their guardians. There were plenty of food options for the children, and the menu also catered well to adults, with tasty Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, banh mi, and pho. All the parents really enjoyed the food! One small tip: if you go in the afternoon, they may run out of crispy bread rolls for the banh mi, so it is worth getting your order in early. The booking process was smooth, and the team was very responsive. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating throughout the party. There was a small mix-up with some of the food items, but once we let them know, they were happy to provide it. A couple of areas that could be improved would be taking more initiative with organising the invitations, as this was part of the party package, and having a more present MC or party host to help guide the flow of the celebration. Since the staff know the timing of food preparation best, it would have been helpful for them to lead that part rather than leaving it up to the parents to decide when food should come out. Overall, it was a lovely birthday party experience that both the kids and parents enjoyed. We would happily recommend Kidz Playzone for a younger childβs birthday party.

If you've got little ones roughly 5 and under, this is a lovely low-stress spot - it's compact enough that you can actually sit with a coffee and still see your kid the whole time. The food is a genuine drawcard for the grown-ups, and staff go out of their way to be kind.

βNew Playground in DeerPark π©· This playground is incredibly clean and definitely deserves more attention! Itβs conveniently located on Ballarat Road with plenty of free parking. The pricing is very reasonable: * Babies under 12 months: Free * 1β2 years: $14.90 on weekdays, $16.90 on weekends * 3 years and older: $16.90 on weekdays, $19.90 on weekends Parents can come in for free to supervise their children. β5 stars for the lovely owners who truly put their heart into this place. They are so kind, welcoming and thoughtful. The playground is clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks are honestly so good. Their salted coffee is delicious, the pho is very, very tasty, and the cakes are yummy too. I like this place even more than my kids do! π I can let my children play without worrying too much because the friendly staff are always around and happy to play with the kids. The service here feels like being welcomed by family. It is warm, friendly and cosy. I truly want to give my compliments to all the staff for their kindness and hard work. Thank you to the owners for creating such a happy and enjoyable place for families to spend time together on the weekend. Highly recommended!β

Overview
A low-stress win for families with toddlers and younger kids: compact enough that you can actually sit with a coffee in the dining area and still see your little one in the ball pit or on the padded climbing frames. The owners are the sort who go out of their way to be kind, and the on-site food is a genuine drawcard for grown-ups, not an afterthought. There's a gentler toddler zone for the smallest visitors, and it doubles as a private birthday party venue. Free parking on Ballarat Road.
