“Today I went to view Melbourne city baths as I’m looking for a home gym in the CBD, I was greeted by the lovely Joe at reception. Joe gave a very informative tour, he answered all of my questions and queries. Gyms can be intimidating at times and Joe really went to an effort making me feel comfortable while in the space, he was a complete gentleman. It’s experiences like this that can really make or break your perception as at times gyms can be not so female orientated and where customer service really matters. While viewing the gym I was surprised to see how vast and how many spaces are accessible for use, with ample machines and classes to choose from. The building its self is incredibly cool with a deep history. The customer service especially from Joe was second to none as well as the facilities. Best gym in Melbourne so far!”

The sales were really good, not that I like to leave buying presents to the last minute, but sometimes it's good to. Anyway Melbourne can't be faulted, with so many great and interesting activities to do. Have a holiday in Melbourne, you won't regret it.”
