“😓😓😓😓A 40minutes drive all the way from Glen Waverley on a 40+ degree day. Very excited for the water slides and pools. Parking was $4 for 2 hours. There were a lot of people so we decided to rent a locker. But the locker door wouldn't open after we've paid $3. The reception staff kindly offered me a temporary member card to open another locker. But the new locker door wouldn't close. We were told to ask the lifeguards for help with the locker. After asking for help, no one came to help us. After standing still and walking around for 26+ minutes waiting for help. We've decided to get a refund. However, they can only refund the tickets but not the parking, locker hire, fuel and all the excitement we had for this pool. 😐😐😮‍💨😮‍💨🥲😓😓😞”
