āA gem of a playground š Sand pit, climbing structure, water feature (in summer) and variety of equipment keep kids of all ages entertained. Water views, cafe and nearby walking trails make this a great little excursion and fun for adults, too. ā Kiosk cafe right next door. š» Yup, just nearby, behind the kiosk. š¶ Water sport enthusiast? This is one of the few spots that you can paddle to and reliably dock. š Street parking and parking meter parking. Gets busy, avoid if possible. š Just down the street from the John Street Square light rail stop.ā

āStill love this park Great cafe Great sand pit Great water feature take a towel and change of clothes for kids Good coffee Open fields Climbing, swinging, jumping, sliding, spinning. Has toilets usually well kept. Awesome for kids birthdays if you claim a pitch early.ā

āGreat playground. Kids love the water play and they insisted it got a 5 out of 5. Easy to park, little cafe nearby and beautiful view. So much fun!ā
