“I visited Timezone Werribee last Saturday and wanted to leave a review because the service from Jana genuinely made a difference to our experience. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly and approachable without being pushy, which set a really comfortable vibe straight away. The venue was pretty busy, but Jana handled everything calmly and professionally. We weren’t sure which deal to get on the power cards, and instead of just pointing at the screen, she took the time to explain the options and helped us choose something that actually suited how long we planned to stay. It didn’t feel like scripted customer service—it felt like she actually wanted us to get good value and enjoy ourselves. One of the machines ended up taking credits without starting, and when we asked for help Jana came over straight away. She fixed the issue quickly and even added one bonus red game to make up for it. The whole situation was handled with no stress, and she didn’t make us feel awkward for asking, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how she treated everyone around her. She was patient with kids trying to cash in tickets, polite to parents asking questions, and worked really well with her coworkers even during the rush. You could tell she has good people skills and actually cares about doing her job properly, not just getting through the shift. Timezone is already a fun place, but staff like Jana make it a lot better. Good service is easy to notice when it’s genuine, and that’s exactly how she came across—helpful, respectful, and just easy to talk to. Because of that experience, we’ll definitely be back, and I hope the team at Werribee knows they’ve got a really solid employee in her.”
