The staff are warm, passionate, and genuinely dedicated to animal care, which you can clearly feel the moment you arrive. All the animals are energetic, well-cared-for, and full of life, reflecting the outstanding attention they receive. If the rating scale goes up to 100, I would gladly give this place 200. Without a doubt, it is the most worthwhile wildlife experience to visit in vic.”

“Wow— this experience was amazing! Our guides were Billy and Pepper, and their knowledge and care for the animals was evident from the jump. They introduced a small group to Australian reptiles, mammals, and birds. We got to feed the kangaroos and various animals. We als paid for the koala encounter— WORTH EVERY PENNY to gently pet these amazing animals. (Yes, only pet as outlined by law in VIC.) If in doubt— just go!
