Wascoe Siding Miniature Railway

“Went for fathers day. Parking is on the street as it is in a residential area, we managed to get a spot fairly easily. Entry was $5 each for adults and $2.50 for children. It was fairly busy but they had 5 trains going at one time so the line went relatively fast. Train tickets are $4 each and that gets you 3 laps around the track which includes a tunnel and a bridge over a water feature. Venue has plenty of seating around, toilets and a place to get snacks and drinks. My daughter had a great time as did I.”

“This is a great, cost effective, fun day for families. Operating on the first weekend of the month. The team working there are obviously passionate about their trains and happy to have a chat about how they work etc. Kids loved the ride on. Nicely maintained grass areas for a picnic and little kiosk for snacks too.”

“Great place run by volunteers. The only minus is they can't refund tickets. We went thinking our 2 year old would love it and bought 6 tickets but after 1 ride she was done. We ended up giving our tickets to someone else so win for them but would be nice if they could do refunds.”
