Reviewers repeatedly mention staff giving hands-on guidance to first-time child climbers, and the variety of difficulty levels means adults and kids can climb side by side. Birthday parties are offered, with the gym stating the birthday child must be at least 6 and bouldering parties are for older kids only. It is pram friendly and wheelchair accessible, with on-site free parking, and the gym's site says groups under 10 don't need to book.

The gym also runs a school holiday program for ages 7 to 11 across both weeks of the September NT holidays, worth knowing if you are looking to fill a fortnight.
